The Sports Compression Knee Sleeve is the perfect companion for virtually every sport. Thanks to seamless compression, circulation is boosted and your muscles warm up more quickly for ideal performance.
Just like our other sleeves, the Knee Sleeve will give you a feeling of support whilst guaranteeing maximum freedom of movement. During the summer, the airy high-tech knitted fabric will ensure that you don’t get too hot, allowing you to fully concentrate on reaching your goals.

The Sports Compression Knee Sleeve uses moderate compression to boost depth perception in the knee. The sports support seamlessly encloses the knee, lies against the skin with a perfect fit and stimulates circulation of the surrounding muscles. Knee movements can thus be perceived more effectively, minimizing the risk of injury.
The high-tech microfibre knitted fabric forms a fine structure of airy mesh: it is breathable for heat control. In the area of the patella and hollow of the knee, comfort zones with reduced compression have been integrated into the knitted fabric. They provide targeted relief for sensitive areas, allowing the knee to withstand ongoing strain more efficiently. Two skin-friendly siliconized areas at the top and bottom edge ensure a secure fit, preventing the knee support from slipping during exercise. At the same time, it provides maximum freedom of movement.
The correct size of the Sports Compression Knee Sleeve is selected using the circumference just below the kneecap. The knee support is made in Germany according to the highest quality standards.

Works really well. Does not slip
They simply do not stay in place and keep falling down my thighs, fine around the knee and below. Cannot use them due to this.

Already wrote a review on how the genutrain knee brace got me running again after and injury. Decided to use a knee sleeve from now on and bought a certain orange and black knee sleeve (the compression was good but they kept on riding down) So I ve come back to this company for these knee sleeves, and the difference is night and day.
This brand is more expensive but you really do pay for what you get and they are worth every penny. From the 2 products I ve bought I would give 10 stars, they really have got me running again.

Measured my leg and came out precisely in the centre of the Large sizing - however this knee sleeve constantly falls down from the top and bunches up above and below the knee, does not stay in place and becomes really frustrating

Can I wear it under clothing?
Yes. The knit is low-profile and designed to sit under trousers, leggings or a tracksuit without bunching. Most people wear it all day without anyone noticing.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle with any fasteners closed. No fabric softener and no tumble drying - dry it flat, away from direct heat.
Washing it regularly actually helps: it lifts the body oils out of the knit and the compression holds its shape for longer.
How long should I wear it for?
Most people wear a support during activity and take it off to sleep. If a clinician recommended it to you, follow their guidance - they'll have a plan for your particular situation.
If you've bought it yourself for ongoing pain and you're not sure, it's worth getting the underlying problem looked at rather than relying on the support alone.
