The GenuTrain® A3 orthopedic brace is suitable for treating various types of knee complaints: e.g. osteoarthritis, irritated knee joint, complex knee pain or misalignment of the kneecap (patellar lateralization). Thanks to the anatomically shaped pad integrated into the elastic knit fabric (elastic pressure pad), the support gives the joint and muscles a targeted, healing intermittent compression massage on every movement.

I have medial joint pain, probably due to a bit of osteoarthritis and ligament strain. I find this support very helpful for cycling and walking.
I used it to go on the Tuscany Trail last year and definitely wouldn’t have made it without the support. Very good product.

It keeps falling down ALL the time. I measured my leg as per the instructions and ordered the correct size according to your size guide but it does not stay up when I walk, even for a short time

I have had knee pain for the past 3 years, including surgery. I have not been able to run or do plyometrics during this time. I just recently got my GenuTrain A3 and went on a 3 mile run and did yoga pain free!!! I am a believer and will use this everytime I work out! :) It's comfortable, doesn't slip, reduces shock and pain, and isn't hot or sweaty. Great product!
