Take the pounding out of every stride. The ErgoPad Run & Walk is a slim, cushioned sports insole built for endurance activity — running, walking, hiking and cycling — helping to prevent and ease overload pain when you're on your feet for the long haul.
At its heart is a flexible Weightflex core wrapped in soft, hard-wearing foam. It absorbs shock as your heel lands and as you push off your toes, while supporting your foot's natural movement so it stays steady through every step.
A slightly raised heel shell cups and stabilises the heel, and gentle sensorimotor zones activate the small muscles of the foot to help steady the ankle. The thin profile slips into most sports and trekking shoes, and an antibacterial coating helps keep feet fresher.
Each insole can be trimmed to fit for a precise size in your footwear.

What happens if I order the wrong size?
Send it back within 30 days for a full refund, or email orders@jointoperations.co.uk and we'll swap it for the right size.

Can I wear it under clothing?
Yes. The knit is low-profile and designed to sit under trousers, leggings or a tracksuit without bunching. Most people wear it all day without anyone noticing.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle with any fasteners closed. No fabric softener and no tumble drying - dry it flat, away from direct heat.
Washing it regularly actually helps: it lifts the body oils out of the knit and the compression holds its shape for longer.
How long should I wear it for?
Most people wear a support during activity and take it off to sleep. If a clinician recommended it to you, follow their guidance - they'll have a plan for your particular situation.
If you've bought it yourself for ongoing pain and you're not sure, it's worth getting the underlying problem looked at rather than relying on the support alone.
